CAP INCENTIVE PROGRAM

 

Effective January 1, 2006, The Easy Seat Line will introduce our new Customer
Appreciation Program.  This program will reward our valued customers by issuing cash
credits on their orders.  Here is how the CAP program works:

When your sale dollars reach certain dollar levels CAP credits will be issued on your
future orders as follows:

     $10,000 - 1%          )
     $15,000 - 1 1/2%    )    Normal Price Levels
     $20,000 - 2%          )

If you have qualified for EQP pricing, you will earn 1% credit when your purchases reach
the $10,000 level, 1 1/2% at $50,000 and 2% at the $100,000 level.

Credit dollars will be deposited monthly into your CAP account.  You will be notified by
fax or e-mail when you are near or have reached the point where credits will be deposited
into your credits account.  These credits are to be used when purchasing future orders.
You must indicate on your purchase order when you intend to use your credit dollars and
if you wish to use all of your earned credits or just a portion on any particular order.
Credits must be used by January 31st 2007.  CAP credits have no cash value.

The following conditions must be met in order to participate in the CAP program:

     1.  Account must be currently up to date.
     2.  No past due or bad history within the past 6 months.
     3.  Customers must pay their account balances in full within 45 days.
     4.  No additional credits can be earned until account has been paid in full.
